Additionally, enlistment of freelancers always creates a positive pressure on salaried workers of organizations. They give better results as they know that in the view of any inefficiency, alternatives are around. But inconspicuous assimilation of freelancers into any organization provides it with certain stability in retaining its productivity.

 Organizations must be technologically equipped to enable workers work even outside their office-premises.
